Eligibility for Refund

A refund will be issued only if the payment was made by mistake and the request is submitted within 24 hours of the transaction.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The payment must have been made unintentionally (e.g., accidental purchase or duplicate payment).
  • The refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the payment time.
  • The course content must not have been accessed or significantly used.

How to Request a Refund

  • Payment Reference/Transaction ID
  • Reason for Refund Request
  • Time and Date of Payment

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Please note that refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The refund request is made after 24 hours of payment.
  • The course has been accessed or completed.
  • The payment was made intentionally and later changed mind.
  • Discounts or promotional codes were used during the purchase.
